Hi, I’m Miranda Grace. *

Miranda Grace is a movement and dance-based wellbeing practitioner and educator, offering accessible, joy-led practices through the Oxford Wellbeing Coop.

Her work brings together movement, music, and mind–body awareness, drawing on a wide range of influences including dance, yoga, and education. Miranda’s sessions are designed to be down-to-earth, welcoming, and fun — creating spaces where people can move, connect, and explore wellbeing through embodied experience.

Alongside her wellbeing work, Miranda has over a decade of experience as a teacher, working with children and adults in a variety of settings and countries. She is also an advocate for survivor-led education and for reclaiming voice, agency, and joy through creative expression.

Miranda’s Approach

Miranda’s approach centres movement as a practical and accessible way to support wellbeing, expression, and connection.

Her sessions combine music, guided movement, and simple mind–body practices, with an emphasis on choice, adaptability, and enjoyment. Participants are encouraged to move in ways that feel right for them, rather than following fixed choreography or performance-based expectations.

Whether working with children, adults, or mixed-age groups, Miranda focuses on creating inclusive, playful spaces that support confidence, self-expression, and shared experience.
