About Us

We’re a consortium cooperative of wellbeing practitioners, teachers and therapists working together to support our community.

How we work

We work cooperatively, sharing resources, learning from one another, and responding collectively to the needs of our community.

Rather than operating in isolation, we believe practitioners are strongest when supported by connection, shared values and mutual care.

Our approach prioritises:

  • Collaboration over competition

  • Accessibility alongside sustainability

  • Relationship building over quick fixes

Our mission

Our mission is to integrate wellbeing into everyday life in Oxford, recognising that wellbeing is shaped by social, cultural and structural realities.

Our objectives include:

  • Improving access to wellbeing support

  • Expanding the quality and diversity of wellbeing offerings.

  • Redefining wellbeing beyond individual self-care

  • Supporting practitioners working in community settings

The People Behind the Coop

The Oxford Wellbeing Coop is guided by a small team of co-directors and supported by a growing network of practitioners and volunteers.

Each practitioner and volunteer brings their own expertise and approach, united by shared values and a commitment to community wellbeing.
