Student life can be intense — academically, socially, and mentally. This weekly yoga session offers practical tools to manage stress, support focus, and reconnect with your body in a calm and welcoming environment.

Whether you are completely new to yoga or returning to your mat, this class offers a welcoming and supportive space.

Coffee Rave

Never miss a chance to dance! This all-ages sober coffee rave is a welcoming space to move, connect, and lift your mood through music and community.

With live DJs playing house, club classics and drum & bass, the focus is on joy, energy and dancing together in a relaxed, alcohol-free environment. A chill-out area is available if you want to take a break, with coffee and food from Lula’s next door.

Yoga Nidra

A dedicated space to pause, rest, and deeply reset.

Yoga Nidra is a restorative guided practice that invites the body and mind into deep relaxation. Unlike more physically demanding forms of yoga, the emphasis is on stillness and rest. Sessions begin with a few gentle movements before settling into a comfortable resting position and being guided into deeper relaxation.

Suitable for all levels. No prior yoga experience needed.
